Lowes Flat Fee Realty offers several service packages to fit a variety of customer needs. However, more comprehensive services such as stage preparation and extensive property promotion are not included in the packages. Showcase for $399: This package includes 25 photos and a 6-month listing period. Your listing will also be distributed to Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.
Premium for $799: This package includes services from the Showcase package. 35 to 70 photos are listed on the MLS over a six-month period. We also offer free open houses, buyer call forwarding, agent scheduling, and full support via phone and email.
Full Service Real Estate for $399 + 0.75% at closing: This package allows you to list your home on the MLS in Oregon and Idaho all the way to the sale stage. It provides services similar to the premium package. Additionally, you can receive expert broker contracts, pricing and negotiation assistance, and more.
On all of our plans there is a .10% (1/10 of 1%) of the selling price compliance fee at closing.
